This notice covers the Stay Fortified signup form operated by Fortified Home Solutions. Updated September 30, 2026.

What the form collects

Your name, property ZIP code, selected contact details, update preferences, permission wording and submission time are saved in Fortified's private Vercel storage. Only contact details for channels you select are saved. We also use a hashed contact identifier and submission time to help prevent repeated submissions.

What you are requesting

The email choice requests quarterly home-care emails and inspection reminders. The text choice records interest in future texts only; automated SMS is not active and requires a separate enrollment confirmation before activation. Asking about the 4×4 plan requests follow-up with plan details, not a paid membership or confirmed appointment.

Change your preferences

To withdraw a request or ask Fortified to update or remove your signup information, call 256-255-4523. You may also reply to any email Fortified sends you to ask to stop email updates. Automated campaigns are not activated by this page.

Private storage

Vercel provides website hosting and private storage for Fortified. Your signup is not placed on a public customer list. Fortified uses it to respond to your request and honor your selected preferences. This form does not request payment information. Do not submit sensitive documents or financial details.
