Cleaning, repair, rejuvenation, and replacement are different services. We assess the roof first and discuss a scope that fits its condition rather than treating every roof the same.

Roof Washing

Low-pressure roof cleaning with the method and cleaning products selected for the roofing material and its condition.

Roof-Care Assessment

Review visible shingle condition, staining, flashing, and problem areas before recommending cleaning or other work.

Optional Shingle Rejuvenation

Discuss treatment suitability after inspection. Rejuvenation is separate from roof washing and is not a substitute for repairing leaks or replacing a failing roof. Any proposed product and scope will be identified in the estimate.

Repair or Replacement Guidance

If the roof needs more than cleaning, we can discuss targeted repairs or a replacement scope through Fortified’s roofing services.

Roof washing does not include rejuvenation unless it is specifically listed in your written scope. Treatment suitability and availability are confirmed before scheduling.
